Nice park with a pretty good disc golf course. It's a very tight course with lots of trees. That being said it gets very wet. While they have tried to improve some of the walkways, I'd stay away if it's just rained or has been a wet week. Very easy to lose a disc in some water here if not careful. My favorite course in the area on a dry cool winter or fall day!
Great place to host events. Book way ahead of time though because the slots fill quick...Months in advance. Great lakes. Nice view...Nice paths. Great fishing area. Wendy is one of the park staff, she is the best!!!! She works miracles
Nice park to stretch, after highway driving. Playground for little ones, but talks are bordered by marsh lands.
Stuck in traffic on I-95 & decided to stop here for a picnic. Only about 5 minutes from the interstate. Fun playground for kids, picnic tables (covered & uncovered) and nice, clean bathrooms. There's a soda vending machine inside the visitor center.
Nice picnic facilites - but too hot in July!
