People that own are nice. Place is a bit dingy but aren't they all. Every time I have been there a machine takes my money then doesn't work. Definitely high maintenance operation.
Try going during the week, weekends people let their kids run wild there. Washers are quick. They only have special reloadable cards you purchase there. They accept paper money only no change.
I really like the laundry card, so much easier than dealing with a bunch of quarters! Gave it four stars because it smelled terrible, and the prices are kinda high.
The cards make doing laundry more difficult than it should be. Went in to wash and dry a comforter and left with it unwashed. Got the card, loaded $5 onto it, to start. Needed detergent so went to the vending machine and it wouldn't read the card. Would only ask me to remove it quickly. After several minutes of standing there trying, I grabbed my comforter left the card on the table and walked out - $5 lost. Not a big deal, but why make doing laundry more difficult than it should be?! I've never used this place before, and I never will again. I'll stick to the 'quarters only' places from now on. Moral of the story, technology doesn't always make life easier.
Place smells like an open sewer. Disgusting. Prices are high too. And you have to use ridiculous cards. I would leave zero stars if possible
Quick buy the card, deposit money on card, use the card . Can't get any easier. You don't need to fool around with change. Always busy, and little dingy!
