Just a typical company that you hire to do a job, they forget about you for MANY MONTHS....no call, NOTHING! Then after going through their documents realize that although they ordered and have your materials to be installed they forgot about you..then they start calling to schedule, borderline harassing calls...no discount offered, very vague apology. Finally schedule the appointment to install, they show up wait around then leave when they can't get in instead of using common sense to call the Builder as directed. I can go on and on about the attitude and sarcastic tones, but long story short find someone else. Not worth the headache.
Very poor in communication. I took the day off for them to do an install. They never showed up. Ask Andrew to give me a call to get it sorted. No call. I guess I must be paying to be ignored.
The employees are awful very nasty would not recommend do not spend your money there
