First time and needed flowers today. No problem I was told, and in a few hours my wife received the prettiest roses she said she's received in a long time. Oh, It was a "just because" occasion and I surprise my wife often.
I received roses for my birthday. When they were delivered the roses were fully open. The arrangement was not at all what was ordered. Very disappointing.
My husband ordered me flowers on Friday. Monday I received 4 phone calls at 6:30 pm trying to deliver them to my job. My work was closed, for it was 6:30 pm. She then preceded to read me the card that was meant for me to be delivered with the flowers. She assured me they would be there first thing Tue. morning. They were delivered after lunch. Very disappointed on an anniversary that had already passed and the surprise was completely ruined.
