The staff at Hertz was so easy to work with. We needed a car last minute, with a Hurricane coming and they were there and happy to help us. Car ran great, no issues and we prepaid for fuel and returned it as low as we could knowing that they would fill it at their pumps for the predetermined price vs the possibility of no fuel in the area or a huge price increase.
The car ran smoothly and the customer service was excellent.
If there was a zero it would be my choice. My insurance company reserved my rental through them, I called once at the auto shop to confirm. When i confirmed I told the that the body shop deemed my vehicle unsafe to drive and I needed to be picked up (time 1210pm) I was told that the driver was on her way back to the office (less than 30 mins) & would be on her way (20 mins away). I waited an hour an called back, since the body shop was doing everything possible to accommodate our wait. The next call I made the same guy answered & stated he was calling to see where the driver was, after a long hold he answered & said she was in route the last time I called I was given a time of 40 mins she will be there. After a total of 2 1/2 hour weight she finally arrived with a friend in the car. As we proceed to the hertz off she was on her phone on personal call & not via Bluetooth. When she did acknowledge we where in the car she said how long were you all waiting I told her and she said she only received a call 20 min prior from Susan that we were to be picked up. As we entered the garage/shop with two desk that's s the office we were not greeted she proceed to ask the driver to grab lunch for her after she chatted with her than she greeted us. The rentals are slim to none that we either choose a mini van or a mini car (compact). Needless to say I asked for the district info which she was hesitant to give but I will not be back, as I am now trying to switch to another company now...
Drop off was just as seemless, took no time at all and we were on our way.
We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends.
The gentleman was nice and quick with getting my reservation taken care of! They didn't have a car in the size I requested but was able to give me a free upgrade which worked out great!
Great car. Extending the rental was easy, and employees are all well-mannered and respectful. They came to pick me up too!
I only gave them 4 out of 5 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement and nobody is perfect. We, however, had a great experience with Hertz.
